Directions to register for the BCS 2023 Auction
Our system still has all the sign-ups from last year. We plan to send them an email soon.
We strongly encourage you to log in to ensure that you still have access to your account.
- Go to the link
- Fill out the form with your information
- Click ‘Request Account”
- After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the account set-up process. Please click that link and complete the form to finish the account creation process.
- Once you click “Create Account”, you will be brought to the BCS Auction Website where more information will be added as we approach the auction. You will also receive a confirmation email for your account.
- When signed into your account, you will be able to update your settings, view items, make a donation, and pay for the items you won at the end of the night!
Registering: All Auction Attendees that would like to bid must register.
This can be done ahead of time online at the link provided or you will need to register at the Check-In desk the night of. Registering online will not require you to pay by credit card – you can still pay with check or cash the night of – but it will make self check-out an option. And it will allow you to VIEW ALL THE ITEMS up for bid In the Catalog online beforehand!

Look for an Auction Preview Catalog to be coming home with your kids this Friday, Oct 27, when the e-Bidding opens!
